Drew McKenzie Smith - Managing Director
Hometown: Newburgh
Likes: Rugby, cricket, music, whisky, beer, wine, cooking.
Dislikes: Liver, shellfish, more importantly intolerance, rudeness and arrogance.
Favourite thing about Lindores: It’s been my family home for over 100 years so it’s in my blood! It’s good looking over at the old farm steading and seeing a world class distillery providing employment for over 40 local people.
Best memory at Lindores: Our launch day was the day that it really hit me that we had “done it”, we were so close to the project for over 20 years and that day it all came to a head!
Favourite Aqua Vitae cocktail/serve: “Lindores Calling” partly because I like the drink and partly because of its link to “The Clash”!
